Mashed Garlic will think you're eating mashed potatoes!

Many of us try to watch our carb intake and concentrate on nutrient dense foods. Here is a great side that is rich, full of flavor and packed with nutrition. Cauliflower has anti inflammatory properties, is rich in omega 3, vitamin C and K and more. Move over spud...there's another guy in town!


1 Medium Head Organic Cauliflower

1 Medium Sweet Potato or Yam

1/4 bottle or 4 ounces Health By Juli Creamy Garlic Dressing

3 Tablespoons grass fed butter

Sea salt & pepper to taste


  1. Wash and cut cauliflower into bite size pieces....removing bottom core. I use all the parts, not just the florets. Place in medium pot, cover with water.

  2. Peel potato and cut into pieces similar size to cauliflower.

  3. Boil for 8-10 minutes until tender. Drain.

  4. While veggies are in strainer add butter to pot.

  5. Return veggies to pot, add dressing, salt and pepper. Mash with potato masher and combine.

  6. Use hand held mixer to bring to desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning.
