Kitchen Herbs for the Cold Season

Check this out. We start with a cold herb infusion to our extra virgin olive oil. In it we put, fresh rosemary, fresh garlic and a dried organic Italian blend. We use this oil as a base for our Italian Balsamic and our Avocado dressing. We use raw garlic in every dressing and raw ginger in our new Sesame Ginger.
